LANCEMENT DE LA FORMATION DE 25 JEUNES POLYVALENTS (CUVEE 2025)
Ce lundi 1er septembre 2025, la formation des 25 jeunes recrues, sélectionnées au niveau baccalauréat, a officiellement débuté à Academia.
La cérémonie d’ouverture a été marquée par le mot de bienvenue de Mme Ernestine BONDJO, Directrice du capital humain. Elle a été suivie d’une intervention de Mme Marie-Laure DJOMBI, de la Communication et Qualité, qui a procédé à la présentation de la banque et de sa politique RSE.
Cette formation, d’une durée d’un mois et demi, a pour objectif de familiariser les nouvelles recrues de la banque à son fonctionnement et aux spécificités techniques et pratiques du métier de « Polyvalent ».
LAUNCH OF TRAINING FOR 25 MULTI-SKILLED YOUNG PEOPLE (CLASS OF 2025)
On Monday, 1 September 2025, the training of 25 young recruits, selected at baccalaureate level, officially began at Academia.
The opening ceremony featured a welcome speech by Ms Ernestine BONDJO, Director of Human Capital. She was followed by a speech from Ms Marie-Laure DJOMBI, from Communications and Quality, who gave a presentation on the bank and its CSR policy.
The aim of this one-and-a-half-month training programme is to familiarise the bank's new recruits with how it operates and with the technical and practical specifics of the ‘multi-skilled’ role.
